Target Pharma (hereinafter the “Company”) fully recognizes the necessity of ensuring the privacy and safety of the personal data of visitors/users of its website (hereinafter the “Website”) and therefore takes all necessary measures to achieve these goals.

This Privacy Policy clearly describes the types of personal data of visitors/users that may be collected by the Company when they use the Website. • Personal data that the user is required to submit when completing the contact form to contact the Company or for newsletter purposes. Specifically, the contact form mentioned above necessitates the submission of the following personal data: full name, telephone number, email address, and any personal data that he/she may provide in the “Your message” field during the registration process for the purpose of communicating with the Company and sending newsletters. Furthermore, the Website allows the user to submit his/her CV to the Company and to file a complaint in the context of the Company’s harassment and violence policy (possibility of submitting additional personal information).
• Personal data that the User may provide for the purpose of evaluating the Company’s products, including their name, email address, and any other personal information that the User may provide for the relevant product.
• Personal data that the User is requested to enter in the appropriate fields after logging in through a personal Facebook or Instagram account in order to stay informed about the Company’s news in the respective accounts managed by the Company.

Use of personal data
The Company is responsible for the protection of the personal data it collects through this Website, as well as for informing all of its involved personnel about the Privacy Policy.

The Company guarantees that all of its involved personnel will faithfully implement this Policy and will comply with the applicable data protection legislation.

Exception Procedure
Any user reserves the right to request the Company to delete all the information it holds about him, by communicating his request to the following email address: dpo@targetpharma.gr

Duration of the Processing
Personal data collected from users will be stored and retained by the Company for as long as is necessary to complete the purpose for which it was collected, which in any case will be reasonable.
